Chickpea/Garbanzo/Kabuli Chana Salad


Tangy chickpea salad made of kabuli chana, potatoes and carrot.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans (Kabuli Chana) boiled
  • 1 small potato boiled and diced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 tsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp black salt
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chat masala

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and chill.
